Why NovScope exists.
Owner-led businesses hit the same wall. The systems don’t talk to each other, the operating process lives in the founder’s head, and the software is three spreadsheets and a tool nobody asked for. We started NovScope to do the work instead of advising on it — installing the business systems, automation, and AI-ready workflows a growing operation actually needs, on one accountable team.
